Funding Opportunities

Small grants

The department offers a limited amount of grants on a competitive basis to cover meeting, short, intensive courses, and materials. Students should write a short request letter with the approval of his/her advisor, specifying the purpose and amount of the request. The requests are reviewed three times during the year, so plan ahead and keep in mind the following deadlines:
