Description

Primary cell culture, subculturing of established cell lines, cloning, cell hybridization, karyotyping, comparative study of normal and transformed cells; the in vitro environment, aseptic techniques, culture media preparation and quality control; application of techniques to the solution of diverse problems in the field of biology.
